Recipients of PSC Small Grant Awards

Multilevel and Mixed Models Using Stata is a three-day workshop focused on mixed models containing both fixed effects and random effects. The workshop will cover random intercept models, random coefficients models, mixed models with linear, binary and count responses, growth curve models, multiple-level models, and post-estimation tasks such as predictions and model diagnostics. This workshop will expand my analytic toolset for use with panel data, particularly those with nested structures. The Fragile Families and Child Wellbeing Study, which I use in much of my research, is a key example. The workshop will take place July 30th to August 1st at ICPSR in Ann Arbor. Rose Medeiros from StataCorp LLC is the instructor.
