About:
Nicardo McInnes is an Assistant professor of economics at California State University, Northridge. His research centers on the low-income population, investigating the effects of income disparities and how safety net programs can be used to close those gaps. Dr. McInnes received a Ph.D. in Economics from Georgia State University and subsequently pursued a National Institute of Aging postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Michigan Institute for Social Research.
