About:
Gabrielle Young, MPH, CHES, is a doctoral student in the Department of Health Behavior and Health Equity at the School of Public Health and a Rackham Merit Fellow.
Gabrielle’s research considers the impact that food and nutrition policies at multiple levels and the social environment have on health across the life course. Of special interest are the ways in which food insecure households overcome barriers to meet food needs.
