Jay is a general programmer and analyst with the Criminal Justice Administrative Records System (CJARS) project at PSC.
He received his B.S. in Economics with minors in Applied Statistics and Chinese Studies from the University of Michigan and M.S. in Information from the University of Michigan School of Information, specializing in Human-Computer Interaction and Information Economics for Management. His primary responsibilities at CJARS include developing web scrapers, processing raw data, and providing technical support for Text-based Offense Classification (TOC) users.
