About:
Holly Champagne holds a J.D., with a special certificate in Criminal Law, from DePaul College of Law and an M.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati. She is currently ABD status in the Justice, Law, & Criminology Ph.D. program at American University. Before joining CJARS, Holly’s professional experience spanned multiple criminal justice agencies, including prior roles as an Office Manager handling records and administration at the Alma Department of Public Safety, as an Intelligence Specialist at the Detroit Police Department, and as a student attorney at both the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Chicago and at the Clare County Prosecutor’s Office in Michigan.
