Dean Yang and Ganesh Seshan found that a motivational talk about saving money and making financial decisions with their spouses inspired a group of Indian migrant men working in Qatar to do just that. The talk was given by a popular motivational speaker from the migrants’ area in India. Yang says: “This was a simple one-time talk that had a big impact.”
