Michigan’s graduate sociology program tied for 4th with Stanford in USN&WR rankings

In addition to tying with Stanford for the number 4 slot for its graduate program in sociology, U-M received the following high rankings for program focus: 3rd for social stratification, 3rd for historical sociology, and 1st for sociology of population. Also, a graduate education from the school of public health was ranked 4th, behind Johns Hopkins, UNC, and Harvard.
