Amanda E. Kowalski was elected to a four year term on the Board of Directors of ASHEcon, the American Society of Health Economists. Dr. Kowalski is Gail Wilensky Professor of Applied Economics and Public Policy at University of Michigan Department of Economics, and a Faculty Associate of ISR’s Population Studies Center. She specializes in bringing together theoretical models and econometric techniques to analyze key health policy questions.
