Kimball says Fed should get comfortable with “backtracking”

Miles Kimball says the Fed should be more flexible in its interest rate policy and, specifically, be willing to make quicker changes and then “go in reverse” to readjust rates when necessary. He says: “The fact that they [the Fed] are trying to never look like they make a mistake causes them to under-do things.”
