ISR Community Guides, part of ISR’s DEI initiatives, will train qualified applicants to work with recently hired staff and faculty to enhance their sense of connection to ISR. After a 1-hour training session, Guides will be paired with 2 to 3 recent hires and meet with them several times over a year. Full-time employees who have been at ISR for 5-plus years are eligible to apply.
