Farley comments on Michigan residents’ low ‘well-being’

According to the Social Research Council’s [“Measure of America” report,](http://www.measureofamerica.org/docs/MOA-III-June-18-FINAL.pdf) Michigan was the only state in the U.S. in which residents declined in well-being from 2000 to 2010. Well-being is measured on the Human Development Index. Reynolds Farley says education is key to residents who want to participate in the “emerging and growing high-tech end of the automobile industry.”
