Elizabeth Bruch wins ASA award for paper in mathematical sociology

Elizabeth Bruch won the American Sociology Association’s 2015 Mathematical Sociology Outstanding Article Publication Award. Her award-winning paper, “How Population Structure Shapes Neighborhood Segregation,” identifies three population parameters that shape how income inequality between race groups affects racial segregation.
