Deirdre Bloome wins ASA award for work on racial inequality and intergenerational transmission

Deirdre Bloome won the Sociology of Population section’s award for Distinguished Contribution to Scholarship in Population for her article “Racial Inequality Trends and the Intergenerational Persistence of Income and Family Structure,” published in ASR. The Population Section honored Deirdre at the Section’s reception on 8/22/2015.
