Philippa Clarke is co-PI on a newly funded U-M center focused on improving the lives of those aging with a long-term disability. The Rehabilitation Research and Training Center (RRTC) will identify practices, programs and policies associated with healthy aging for this population; develop interventions to enhance functioning and health of those aging with long-term disabilities and improve outcomes for families and other stakeholders; provide training and technical assistance; and bridge programs and practices to leverage this new information. The Center will launch in October 2018.
