Bound says notion that foreign college students are displacing U.S. students “isn’t right”

With over a million foreign students in the U.S. and double digit increases over the past few years, some universities are concerned about crowding out of U.S. students. But John Bound says that “the notion that dollars are being spent on foreign students and that they are displacing U.S. students…in general isn’t right.”
