Greta Jianjia Cheng is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Survey Research Center at the Institute for Social Research. Greta is a social epidemiologist by training (University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health), and has an multidisciplinary background in sociology, social work, and public health. Greta works with large-scale observational studies of older adults such as the Health and Retirement Study and has a general interest in understanding how social and economic risk factors over the life course influence biological processes and subsequent risk for dementia.
