DESCRIPTION:PSC’s Brown Bag seminar series typically convenes Mondays at noon, at ISR Thompson Room 1430, and on Zoom.Kara Zivin from the University of Michigan School of Public Health joins us April 21, 2025.Women’s reproductive mental health: the bidirectional relationship between policy and researchHealth services and policy researchers evaluate effects of state and federal legislation on clinical and economic outcomes, including quality of, cost of, and access to care. Findings can provide needed information to refine and implement programs, practices, and legal strategies, thereby generating an iterative process to benefit population health. An interdisciplinary, multi-method approach can strengthen the societal impact of evidence used in both research and policymaking.
